My fav books are the da vinchi code and the other book by the same author which has the same kind of story line just not about the same thing.
Yes, they were quite spectacular works. I really enjoyed Brown's insights into the life of an ameteur detective, which is a genre that is frighteningly underpopulated. I also found his style enlightened and subtle. If you enjoyed Brown's books, I would recommend various works of Socratic Philosophy. A good beginner's book to that genre is Apology by Plato (although really by Socrates himself). The two types of books are really quite similar and I am often surprised at how few Mystery Thriller fans discover the delight that is the nuance of Greek Philosophy. As an often practitioner of Socratic Irony, I can tell you there is nothing more enjoyable. Happy readings - Roughit
