Windows 98 SE wireless

Talk2Tom11
I am having a little bit of trouble with my wireless and Win98 SE. i have a d-link in my machine. It finds the network perfectly. The only problem is getting onto internet explorer or AIM. for some reason i can get it to see the wireless as the default internet provider. So it doesn't connect to anything.

Anyone have any suggestions???

If so please post. Thanx

Windows 98SE vs AIM that's your problem dude I can't remember how to setup the internet for 98 it has to do with default connection setup which is probably hijacked by AOL

DUMP 98SE & use real network OS like 2k-pro so you don't have this annoying problem

Thanks... I will have to see if the machine can handle 2k pro. It is an old machine and I can't remember if it has 32MB or 64MB of ram in it. And I know 2k takes a min. of 64MB.
