They are pretty good, but haven't done something amazing last years. I remember when they've qualified for the 1/16 or 1/8 of the WC 1996 beating Romania 1-0. When Romania had a corner they kept kicking the ball for another corner kick for almost 5 times. Not nice, but efficient.
And they have a nice t-shirt.

They have some good players like Kovac, Klasnic, which play in the high levels in Europe.

qualify is the key word here...
they deserved to beat England in Croatia....they played with much more intensity than we (England) did and were full value for their win.
Somehow, England always manage to make football look so difficult and now really have to pull up their socks if they're going to qualify for Europe, when on paper at least, they should be challenging to win the tournament.
We invent all these fantastic game (football, cricket, rugby etc) and then let all the rest of the world beat us at them.

i know Rapaic he played in Turkey in Fenerbahce..He is amazing but i dont know that he is still playing in national team or not ...
I remember they did an amazing job in 1994 American World Cup.

The problem we English have is that we think as a nation we have the right to simply arrive at the stadium & teams will allow us to beat them, because of who we are.....but we're very wrong.
We DO have fantastic players, but they get paid FAR TOO MUCH money & play with very little pride & effort. Also, our press place far too much pressure on them with ridiculous headlines screaming out from newspapers & (in my opinion) making the players too scared to do the extraordinary things to try & win games.
