Launching Jython from an eclipse plugin

Hi there with the power of python/Jython I would like to be able to write jython scripts and launch them from an eclipse pluggin.

so if anybody has any ideas as how to launch a jython script from and eclipse pluggin please slip me a note.

basically I have written my own pluggin and would like to launch jython scripts from it, I have managed to launch jython scripts from Java but somehow it just seems to fail when i try to launch them from eclipse.
