Hi all, I'm new to this forum but not to webhosting and servers. It's been a couple of years since i've didn't work on a website and was wondering wich software(like frontpage) is best for creating a new website. I also don't know much about php and would like someone to show me where I can get good informations on php. I looked in the forum but couldn't find if it is possible to host a proxy server here. If we can, what is the best proxy server available today(free would be great). Thanks a lot! David!

Well, the best program you can find will be Macromedia (read Adobe) Dreamweaver I gues. I think it's just the best.
It's quite expensive though. But if you really don't want to pay for it. You'll find your way around it yourself.
About the PHP scripting help you need,
