How will i disable ActiveX prompt on IE

sketteksalfa
I have this simple javascript on my webpage. It runs using Mozilla Firefox, but when i run it on IE, a bar on top appears that says:

"IE has restricted this file from showing active x content that could access your computer"

Is there any way i can run my webpage without this prompt appearing on top? The file runs if i allow the blocked content manually thought, but what i want is for this prompt not to appear on the browser anymore.
