Sorry i dont understand the whole phrase because that is not pure filipino dialect, some words used were from other PHilippine region. In my understanding it says "Good morning, this is mom, please call me its very important."
I hope we could find someone who could better translate this.

They prolly misunderstood you, r_y_e20. Tagalog is also a term for one of the dialects we use in our country. The proper term is "Filipino Language".
