Any complete manual for Toyota Twincam 1.6?

Haynes Repair Manuals
You can find them at your local auto parts store. (For common vehicles, that is. You might have to order one for a rarer vehicle.)
They give you enough information to completely tear down and rebuild the car, as well as lots of other useful info. (Everything from cylinder firing order to electronic error codes) I make it a policy to buy one for every vehicle I have.
I don't think you can get a pdf of them, but it's well worth the investment.
