[En/Fr] Searching Threshold wordlist and Easystarts list

Royal
I am working on a project on language.
Recently I heard about the existence of French and English 'Threshold' levels. I'd think they would specify a list of words to be mastered minimally.
Also: the Penguin Readers have several difficulty levels. The EasyStarts level specifies 200 words.

Both lists would be of importance to me. Even extra clues as to whom to address are welcome!

I never heard about treshold levels neither in French nor in English, but I'll search soon.

No matter, I know that some exams exists and they approve a level in foreign languages. For example for the English non-native speakers, the University of Cambridge have created one that approve a level of english. The general name of the examinations is University of Cambridge ESOL examination. They are recognized worldwide and they attest of your level. On the Wikipaedia page you can see that there are several levels in very different cases like General English or Business English.

Saturday evening I can had more details on the FCE because I'm passing it Smile I hope I'll be received with and be awarded with a B or hopefully an A (but not very probable ...). A C will suit me too Razz

So I'll search for the equivalents in French Wink
