Extracting .tar.gz files

When I try to extract .tar.gz file it gives me a blank page. I have tried in IE as well as Firefox.
Here is the url for the blank page:

I don't know what the problem is.

cp.frih.net has a lot of problems. If you can access it, try doing the same from http://frih.net:2222/
