Ok im making a new website layout for my new website....the ending is psd but i want tha tin html so i can use it on frihost as mi index page i have been anvigating a lot and using ST.Google but ntohing those tutorials have to much thingsd and code i was wondering if there is any software that covert them or plugins thnx in advance

Use Adobe ImageReady. It can slice your design up into sections and make it web friendly.
Same thing can be done in photoshop. Use the slice tool in photoshop to split up your design into different parts, like different parts of the navigation, the header etc etc. Then you can export it on the File menu to html. Photoshop outputs in tables which isn't the best. What I do when I make a design in photoshop is I crop the images I need for a certain part of the web page, save that image, and then code the page myself to incorporate that image. I'm hoping that sentence makes sense, it sounds fine to me, but I'm really tired so most sentences sound fine to me when they really aren't.
