Ok i got this advertise or what it is.
on my tool line in the right bottom of my screen.
its written that my computer is may infected.
But i have scanned my computer with both Norton anti virus and Spyware Doctor. And its still there. Please help me is that thing a virus??
cuz my comp isnt running slower than usually or something.

Is it an icon in your taskbar that pops up and say your computer is infected?? Can you post a screenshot of it.ok heres the screenshot
I would say use hijackthis and get a list of processes. Then someone could see if there are any viruses.
http://www.hijackthis.de/ to analyze the log for problems. I say it's a spyware/adware that disguises like something "good". Looks like those XP pop-ups but the real ones doesn't say something like that. Just curious, what happens when you click the balloon?? 
Try scanning with other cleaners like Ad-aware or Spybot. Which software that display such message ? Symtec antivirs or Windows itself?
You should do scan with anti-virus, Kaspersky will be nice.
Or NOD32. I've been using it for about a year and a half. Great antivirus.
You can get the trial at their site... just search for "nod3d" @ google.com.
Try antispyware first; adaware personal does the job.
if nothing is found, use avg or avast and do a virus scan.

haha - i love windows. this appears to me to be some sort of spyware which is trying to look like a system message. you can use hijackthis as someone above suggested.

Hijack this and post the text in here first download firefox 2 there are plugins that can have online clean and fix
your system..
The best way thow would be to download a nod32 or a-vast and update the virus definitions then clean everything...
