Indian terrorists bomb train, burn 68 people

Some survivors say the windows of the train were barred and they felt like caged animals and help arrived hours later. Thats how it goes in India.
Indians usually find it convenient to blame their neighbouring countries for their internal problems like religious extremism, terrorism, genocide of religious minorities and persecution of 'Inferior' caste hindus. But this time around we have yet to see any usual blame.
Following are the sources related to train fire incident:

They (the Indians) are blaming it on Pakistani militants, but there were plenty of Pakistanis on board, so it is not really clear who did it. But at this stage I don't think that really matters. Making sure the wonded are healed and the dead are identifyed is most important.

Just because there were many Pakistanis on board does not necessarily mean it was not Pakistani Muslim fundamentalists who bombed the train. Many terrorists see this 'collateral damage' as a small price to pay for their final cause. Additionally, they may have been Christian Pakistanis - a legitimate target in their eyes. If they were Muslim, some fundamentalists would see them as a 'legitimate' target simply because they were on the train of peace. For these extremists, just being on such a train would be enough to warrant death. They are trying to make General Musharaff's position untenable. He is a General who declared himself president after a coup d'ιtat - not a democrat - and not one to bow to public opinion.

What about stopping train bombings??? The rail network has little or no security, so it's only too easy to load explosives onto any train. The aviation industry has a lot of high security, but a train could be as dangerous travelling through a main city.
