Is it now legally possible to install Mac OS X in an "normal" PC? Some people say it is, other say it isn't, and other people just go with the flame about which OS is better...

No, an the mac TOS it states that the software can only be used on Mac hardware. But windows can be used on Macs, or at least xP could.

I just use my mac for everything else, then use the extremely stripped xP I have for games.
