Have you checked your PM inbox for a message entitled "Your hosting details"? Unless you've changed the password or deleted the PM, this should give you the information you need.
If you have changed the password or deleted the PM, you'll need to request a password reset - unfortunately, your account creator was n0obie4life and he is no-longer active on Frihost. Bondings will therefore have to deal with this himself, so there may be a little delay in getting it done.

Make sure you mention who originally created your account, it'll speed up the process.
