I'm more of a Dead Prez guy though, and the Black Star stuff is cool too..

Blackstar's alright but I've never gotten that into Talib Kweli or Mos Def. Sacrilege, I know...I think it's mostly the beats I've heard them rap over are fairly lackluster.
I'm more of a Pharoahe Monch fan when it comes to "conscious, oldschool" rappers, but he's suffered from lackluster beat syndrome for a while as well. I expect that to change when his new album drops May 1st this year.
