Who wants Anna Nichole's baby now?

ralphbefree
after the death the celebrity Anna Nichole Smith numerous men stepped forward claiming that they where the father of the newborn baby girl, including Zsa Zsa Gabore's husband.
just released by the longtime attorney Howard K. Stern is a will written 5 years ago. This will explicitly states that the estate in entirity shall go to her now deceased son and to be held in trust by Stern. furthermore it explicity states that she does not wish to provide for any further family members now or in the future including future children fathered by anyone.
Although the first to protest this is the estranged mother of the deceased claiming that the will was never filed in a court of law therefore it is not valid.
Quote:
"I have intentionally omitted to provide for my spouse and other heirs, including future spouses and children and other descendants now living and those hereafter born or adopted," Smith said in the will.

so that it would seem that anyone trying to make claims to Dannielynn for parental control will not necessarily inherit a multimillion dollar estate, but perhaps an international custody hearing that could cost thousands.

Yes very interesting indeed.

I wonder who will be left holding the baby.

Bless the poor child, I wonder how old the youngest child to seek councilling is, this infant is an accident waiting to happen.

Lets just hope all of this nonsense blows over and the child is brought up in healthy surooundings for once in its young life.

I am sick of hearing about this story, even beyond the grave anna nicole smith is causing mayhem. The latest thing is that in her will she left everything to her son, who died 4 months ago, poor kid I don't know if its a good thing or a bad thing that she will never know her mother. Good because she deserves better than all of this, but bad because her future is uncertain, even after all of these legal issues are resolved.

Howard K. Stern apparently acknowledged paternity of the child. The state law where the acknowledgment was filed may govern the situation. Michigan law, for example, does not allow challenges to an acknowledgment by an outsider -- only the parties who signed the acknowledgment or the county prosecutor. (See MCL 722.1011.) Texas law mentions that signatories can challenge acknowledgments. (Family Code 160.307) The law does not mention non-signatories, but there could be case law allowing it. I did not research into that area. Florida law may allow challenges from third parties, but I did not do a thorough search. If a reader wants to know the answers to these and similar issues. s/he should consult an attorney who is licensed to practice in that jurisdiction.
