Best free slide show programGuyon
My father may be passing away shortly and I wanted to scan and put together a picture slide show with music.
What is the best free program to use that will take scanned pictures and music and pout together and interesting slide show? May thanks orcaz
You could use open office. If you are looking for photo slideshow, you can use Windows Movie Maker, though there are many other programs out there, but dun noe whether they r free. another one is proshow gold by photodex, isnt free but you can use it during the trial period.

sony vegas is great only cost 80 and looks very pro. my uncle did a slide show for my grandparents and they loved it. He had a alot of old slide from like the 40s and he projected on the wall and took a pic with his digital camera then enhanced it with a graphical editor like the GIMP wich is free

I don't know any free slide show presenter, sorry. All I am familiar with is Microsoft PowerPoint, which obviously you pay money for. But I do know if you make a search through the means of http://www.google.com or somewhat, than I am pretty sure you will be able to find a free slide show presenter for yourself.
