Which brand and model of running shoes do you use?

I personally use Asics. I've been using them for over 10 years every since I developed stress fractures from using improper shoes back then.

I don't clock very high mileage, about 30km a week, but I find that this brand of shoes supports my feet better than the other brands I've used. Plus they provide more cushioning.

Kidding.. I prefer New Balance - I have found these to be very comfortable and to form nicely to my foot. Merrells are also nice, ugly and extremely comfortable though they are often pricey.

I haven't owned a pair of Asics in years but they are also very nice.

I change regularly the brand but lately I had New Balance / Adidas and Asics.
If you take always the same brand you can get too much used to the features of one brand and it may be hard to change.

From my experience Asics are in general the best but more expensive.
It also depends what kind of shoes you need (training, competition, trail). for instance you can take New balance for triningbecause it's comfortable and Asics for compeition.

Not only for running, maybe it's for any sport or just walking around.

I usually prefer to use Nike.. I like the material and the costracture... and maybe Adidas.. but more I prefer Nike.

I will be looking for some good running shoes soon, I joined the local running club and managed to go 6 times before I broke my leg! Very careless I know. I am very nervous about running again and want to make sure my shoes are the best for me and the best I can afford. I have heard that in certain shops they watch you run and then advise on the best shoe.

right now i m using relaxo sparx for gym,college , and sports. they are perfect and flexible.light in weight.superb performance.....
