i personaly think its the best thing such famous footbaler can do for football promotin around the world

what do u think about david beckhams arrival to U.S.?
I think That for his football Carrer it doesn't do well.. but for the Star show, and for maybe Hoolywood it did well... because now it more close to him and for his wife.
So... For football, bad decision
For Movie\personal life - good decision.

It was a good decision for him, but people who think that just because beckham is here americans are going to turn off their football and watch the LA Galaxy are out of their minds. Believe me I would love to see soccer take off here, but realistically its just not going to happen, and certainly not because of a single player.
Right decision for him.
But sad to see him go. No more beckham on Pro evo!

I think for US Soccer it's good that Beckham moves to the USA League. For Beckham also a good decision because this player is too good for a team like Real Madrid.
I think he's just going there cos he's no longer in the league of the bigger teams, Instead of going into a graceful retirement he's trying to squeeze the last dollae from his famed career. He should rather be thinking of switching to another career whithin football like coaching or commentating.
The last thing I want to see is him getting desperate enough to go into movies. Sure he's got the face for it. But a sad end to his legacy,

Great choice for Beckham...He'll earn a great sum of money, and he'll be a great star, and if he decided to stay in Europe, his popularity would slowly start to decrease...
You can't say he WILL earn a lot of money. Even if he has a 250 million dollar contract he is not guaranteed to get that much. It just means he has a "chance" to earn that much.
A lot of that money is dependent on performance bonuses. Some amount for a goal, another amount for an assist, some amount if the team wins the league etc.
So he might end up earning quite a bit less. And when spealing in terms of millions and when he is living such a lavish lifestyle, it makes a big difference.

I reflect the same exact sentiments. It will help but not as some think it will.
Well, I'm afraid that Beckhum is approching in his end. Rather than football, he may be looking for something else and that's why he just decided to move US. I don't think US has much more standard legue than Spnaish, English or Italian legue.
There is a dutch keeper that goes to the USA to play for the NY RedBulls for 1 season. He says it always was his dream to play in the USA, I think he's just there to earn much money and then retire. That's what Beckham does too, I think.
