Exactly what happens when you try to log in ?
Do you receive any error message(s) ? Can you quote them here ?
A little more detail about the problem you're facing would definitely help.
i don't get any error message, it's just that after i typed my username and password, the FTP login window comes out, no error message, it just comes out after a few seconds after i press Enter. That was when i login with a newly created FTP account, when i also tried using the username and password that i used in logging in to cpanel, it seemed to accept but the page does not load.
