4. Warez, mp3's and vBulletin/IPB forums.
these are not allowed on our site correct but if im an admin or such on forums on a different site will i be allowed to link to those forums and then use them as it is not on your servers.

All those things are most likely illegal. If you want to link to a vBulletin/IPB forum with a valid license, then we don't have problems with that.

Those things are put in the tos because every few days we find a nullified vBulletin forum or some other abuse.

idk but i believe the license is legal so ok
