If somebody has already resolved his proble, when windows XP get into the blue screen and display CONFIG_LIST_FAILED somewhere in the text, let me know how you solved that problem. I have the same now. thanks in advance.

Could you please elaborate more and tell me when this is happening to you? ie boot time, when running a particular program etc.
You need to get the error codes from the blue screen (the 0x numbers)
the first one should be a 0x73 error, then check the 0x numbers inside the brackets..there shoudld be 4 sets of numbers inside the brackets, and the second set will tell you what flagged the error in the first place.

I would sugest doing some scaning
You should start from scan disk and end on scaning Your memory.
