HMRC guides UK eBay traders & Affiliates on income tax

Captain Fertile
At last the UK government have cottoned onto the untapped cash-cow that is Ebay and wants its pound of flesh.

One more way that the government can bleach us for OUR hard-earned money while they do very little apart from continue to renege on promises made prior ot being elected (do I sound biased? That's because I am).

Well at least the do clarify that they don't want money from caual cash earners on eBay.

How many Ebay sellers will receive a visit from the Income Tax police as a result of this I wonder?

The link also includes a further link to a copy of the new guide for UK eBay users.

There is also a mention of online affiliate subscribers in the guide.

That was going to happen sooner or later, many of the traders at ebay are large stores with thousands of products and millions in sales. I think its fair that everyone should pay taxes.
