Will pay for someone to install mods to my PHPBB forum

I'll pay someone to install a couple mods to my forum. Well, I need them both installed onto 2 forums:
www.extremefilmsproductions.com/forum
www.extremefilmsproductions.com/motorheads/forum
I will pay a decent amount for the mods.
The mods I want done are:
Chat
Subforums
Upload Mod ( for images only, and it must be the one that resizes the image to in case it's to big )
I already have easymod installed onto both the forums. PM for more details.

Also, just so people know. I will pay a little at the beggining of a job. Like, a down payment, and if there unable to do it after trying ( and I must know for a fact that they've tried doing it ), I will still pay more frih$ for trying.
