What is the best internet proxy sharing?
Now, I've been using CCProxy for years. But can not limit bandwith efectively.

The Best Internet Proxy Sharing
On Linux, I usually use Squid. It's quite popular, and a lot of ISP's use it. On Windows, WinGate is quite good
Also, configured correctly, Apache works as a proxy (using the mod_proxy module), but I don't think it does caching like Squid does.
