I work at a call centre assisting technitions in the field doing installs. Where do you work and what do you do?
Where Do You Work, And What Do You Do?
I work at a fabric superstore, cutting/measuring fabric, restocking fabric, notions and ribbons, cleaning and reorganizing... Pretty much if it's related to fabric, notions, trims, home dec, I do it. The only things I don't do are floral/seasonal, framing and cashiering. I'm also currently an art student.
I'm a student working part time as one of those supermarket cashiers. Pretty good pay.
I monitor system activity, and handle load balance for AT&T East Coast (USA)
my job is back for all who care.
my job is back for all who care.
I'm a full time student and I work at a Casino/Resort in the entertainment department. I work in the box office selling tickets to shows and buy in for tournaments. Its a living wage but its boring as hell. I get a lot of time to read and goof off with my coworkers though. Being nice to rude customers can be exhausting sometimes too.
I work as an slave. (I'm in the 8th grade at school..)
I work at home and anywhere I am needed as a professional Tarot reader and Astrological counselor. The money is pretty good. In fact, it is the second largest income I've ever had (my highest income was when I worked for Gallop International conducting marketing research for numerous radio stations across the USA). My Tarot business is relatively new, I've only been devoting myself to it full-time as of mid December 2006. I decided to make my first bundle of money count toward my 2007 taxes, and let my 'real job' end the 2006 income out so that i wouldn't have to worry about alerting them to any address changes when I move this spring.
Soon, around spring, when I've built up more savings and taken care of other legal requirements, I'll be "taking the show on the road" at psychic fairs and other gatherings. Plus I'll be adding merchandise to the list of products and services offered.
So, in short, I am a self-employed entrepreneur.

I am a freelance mechanical engineer. It is interesting and challenging.
I also have my own unique product [www]. Hoping soon to have product selling well enough so I can put $$ into developing another product.

It seems all of our jobs encompass many duties, save line assembly and the like, (there is nothing wrong with those jobs and I am am not degrading them), it's simply that alot of jobs encompass many duties, not just a singular.
You would drop dead if you knew how boring my job is....I'll give you a hint...I work for AT&T

I'm a student, in 9th grade, in Denmark (Means, the classes are not the same as in the USA / England / aso.
When I work for pay, I walk around a big city in my country, called Odense, offering to help people with random jobs, collecting and selling empty bottles and so on.

I have the most rewarding job of all. I help people. Although i don't get paid with money i get paid with the smiles of peoples faces who i help out. I'm a fire fighter for my local fire company.
I own a very small commercial cleaning company that cleans offices, vacant appartments and some new construction homes. I also make some extra "play" money on several different websites that I belong to by designing and making things such as tattoo's, clothing, adoptables and such. I really enjoy what I do because it allows me as much or as little time as I want to spend with my daughters and grandkids.

I'm currently working as a freelance illustrator and cartoonist (small press stuff, I have yet to have any real "breaks") I work from home mostly, which isn't such a bad thing. (I hate commuting!)
I've worked as a Flash animator in the past -- both for a show you've never seen if you don't live in the Metro NY area, and one that's currently airing on Nickelodeon.
Planning on starting my Masters next (2008) Fall, depending on how strong my resolve and stomach for going more deeply into debt for education remains!
