What is atually ISAS
I googled it because if I didnt someelse would of shown me up BUT the top search was "Institute Of Space And Astronautical Science

A mini-cash ISA is safe - as long as the interest you're earning is higher than the "real" rate of inflation.

Share ISAs et al still involve an element of risk and (as they usually say) the value of your investment can go down as well as up.
