I'm writing an article on Uncyclopedia called "The Justice League". Long story short, I'd like an image of Mr. Mxyzptlk combined with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad(president of Iran). I'll pay 30 frih$ or more depending on the quality of work.

Also, would you want it to be considered funny? Something happening in the image as maybe them fighting? Saying something?

Nope. A portrait is okay. I didn't really do any fight scenes with the others so I don't see a reason why you should.
I don't know what either of these people look like - I googled them used what I found and I hope it is of some use (I'm interested toknow if these two are actually the people you were looking for);

Also, the picture you have to the right is Braniac and not Mr. Mxy. You've got the right person for Mahmoud, though.
This is a bit of a tough one. I'll accept Braniac combined with John Kerry, which should be a little easier since it'd be a tinting of Kerry's skin and an addition of those 4 things on Braniac's forehead onto Kerry's.
Also, the picture you have to the right is Braniac and not Mr. Mxy. You've got the right person for Mahmoud, though.
