I have absolutely no idea what you're trying to say.
Use proper spelling, grammar and terminology... Because for all I know you could be talking about her getting a mono-brow.
Perhaps you mean mononucleosis? Honestly... I(/we) have no idea what you are trying to say

If it isn't mentioned then it might be safe to assume the answer to your question is no you can't get it from stress.
If it is very important to find a more qualified answer I would suggest you look around in some respected medical books or web sources.
