Wow, how can phpBB look after 15,000 users. Someone must be full time administering it. Do you think FriHost have customized it at all.
Phpbb can handle as many users as the database is big enough.
And there are several modifications on frihost, but I don't know if one is for making user administration easier.

I just deleted a user from my phpBB forum. It took some time. There are 4 more to delete. That will take longer. How does FRiHost cope with 15,000 user members.

it shouldnt take that long to delete.
altermatively, if you know what your doing, you can delete them through phpmyadmin.
only do it that way if you know mysql though.

It should take less than 2 minutes
But why deleting an user? That means that you have to delete his posts to, and alter some other tables or you end up with an inconsistent database. Just ban the user.
