I am a newbie. I have AceFtp free version but I have problem uploading my files. I want to upload my website in free web host. Can anyone help me?

Try reading the help. Maybe the hosting site doesn't allow ftp access or it has file size limitations...
You need to request an account and wait for approval before you can upload your site. Use the Account page to do so.
