Image under textbox.

errmm right ive googled and googled and cant find a solution so...
im making a custom template that i did in photoshop and while im coding it and putting the images in.. i realised i made a custom image for a textbox. so is it possible to replace the textbox which is plain white with that image? if so whats the code?

Macromedia (now Adobe) Fireworks works pretty well with such designs you can use hotspots or slice it up write up what you want then create image swaps ...etc
you can export your project in html, php and other formats
