I can take a picture or text ad, stick it in photoshop, resize it and stick it in my avatar. I don't use an avatar anyways so that's why i offer it.

That's a bit of a contradiction, what if someone has offered lower?

I've never seen anyone doing Avatar advertising before, although I've thought of it myself.
