Has anyone here ever tried the Pose technique for running? I was reading about it the other day and it seems to be a pretty good idea for endurace and it seems to put alot less stress on the body. I tried to adapt my running style to it and it has seemed to help alot.
For any sport that runs I think this technique would be helpful.
