are frames indexed by search engine ??

I am using one domain frame

http://entrancetest.com.au.tt/ <- basically domain redirection

main url is http://services.academicfield.com/deadline.htm

http://services.academicfield.com

i am optimising this specific page by keyword "entrance deadlines /admisssion dealine "

but the redirection domain call the parent page as inline frame.
do u think the page will be indexed by search engine
