How would I create a movable window? If you don't know what I mean try this and you will see what I would like. I think this uses div tags. I really don't know how to do this though.

you mean the popup windows?
do this in javascript
window.open('path of your popup page...','title...',properties);
Look at the link and you will see. The movable box in the browser window. Not a pop up.
I don't see any movable features within the link you supplied.

That is because you need to sign into MSN, AIM or one of them.
