ok I found a very nice script that can be used to your site to create snow fall efect;)
the script is uploaded here:
http://www.shakirapix.uni.cc/snow_main.js
you can download it and upload it in the main folder and place this code in your web page:

Or you can place directly from my site using this code(don't need to download and upload)
