Ok,
So i got approved today and am trying to upload my webpage from Frontpage.
It asks "remote web site location" and then for the "ftp" directory.
I have a domain which is statueguy.com
i think i should be putting ftp.statueguy.com in the remote one and then for the Ftp dir. i am not sure.
Since frihost supports Frontpage ext. can i do it that way??
I tried but am not sure what to put in that either.
Please let me know

xxxxx.frihost.net <- ftp host
xxxxx <- ftp username
and the password you've asked will be your FTP password too.
Also, you can create new FTP accounts using cPanel.

Seems like i am missing some info here.
My user name is ramiller
my domain is statueguy.com - i didnt get anything like most people had that said something like *****.frihost.net
Is it ramiller.freehost.net?
Do i need to add a ftp account first and set my user name there and a password??
If i goto add a account it says my directory will be /home/ramiller/public_html/*****
So what goes in front of the /home

Oh, and i just got a approved earlier today for hosting here. I went to my account at namecheap.com and changed the dns to the ones at frihost. Does it take a while for that to go through???
usually around 24-48 hours i believe.
If you were hosted with a full top level domain name rather than a subdomain of frihost, then the server will be your domain name however using just frihost.net should work also 
Your domain name resolves fine now.
and I am able to see the directory index file listing there.
you can use any of these as your ftp host - statueguy.com, ftp.statueguy.com, frihost.net, <any other person's subdomain>.frihost.net...etc etc
basically any address, the query for which is redirected to frihost server.
username - ramiller
password - you should know unless you've forgotten.

so i got a blank webpage up- a templete from frontpage. I then took it down and tried to put up my real one but it wouldnt work. I had published though frontpage using the extensions. Somehow something heppened with the extensions when i removed it and now i cant publish anything up . >I try to do it via ftp on frontpage and it says that it has gone through. When i check the area on cpanel to install the ext. i get this

/home/ramiller/public_html does not exist or is not a directory!
FrontPage extensions are currently: not installed
Also the ftp address goiong up is: ftp://statueguy.com - is this correct??
Does anyone have any idea what is going on??
