public transportation
which way of public transportation do you use more often?
I only very rarely use some kind of public transportation, and when I do it´s usually a combination of several kinds.
I prefer to drive my own car, even though it´s a lot more expensive most of the time... But it´s a lot faster and more fun =)

I live in a rural area and my work requires me to travel up to 500kms per day and there are no trains anymore.

I would use public transport if it were cheaper and more reliable than me using my car. I don't understand how the UK government can tax road users and the public transport system is still crap.
Now they want to impliment theis pay as you drive scheme, yet the alternative, i.e. pulic transport, is still crap.

I live in St. Louis, Missouri. The public transportation system here is a joke! Yes it's better than it was, but it's still not up to par. Also in the states it's so cheap to drive, that public transportation can actually be more expensive! There are exceptions, such as New York.. maybe Chicago, etc.. but in general it's more of a burden to do public transportation than it's worth!
Busses constantly.

I am a biker, takes my busa everywhere! 
Bus in the winter, bike in the summer. My bike's a Gary Fisher, though. Not as fast as a Suzuki, but better gas mileage
I had a buddy with a 'Busa. I never found out what happened to him, but I noticed he had it for sale a little while after he got it. He was probably tired of almost killing himself every time he went somewhere! I don't know whether to be sad or relieved that I never got a chance to ride it.
