Problem with autorun DVD..!

bambholebaba
Is there any way to turn off the autorun feature of CDs so that it does not run automatically when put in the drive.
Actually I burnt a DVD containing softwares for archival purpose. I manually created an autorun.inf file to make autorun one of the softwares. Now due to some reason the system doesn't get access to that file and keeps on trying to run that file which was written in the autorun file and so the drive remains busy getting me unable to access any of the files in that DVD.
Is there any way to stop that and getting me access to the files? Sad

If you are using Windows hold the Shift-key. Then there will be no autorun.

Hi

Just open my computer and right click on your drive, go to the autoplay tab and change the settings as you need (aka take no action).
