Hi friends, i have answred many aptitudes and interviews in my college life finally i got through one,One thing that i noticed is that big confusion that takes place during interview time. some company people checks your answer for truthness while some people dont see how correct is the answer but see your confidence and style of answring.i m just confused about that any one has experienced like this |

If you show both confidence and truthfulness, you should be in great shape.
I think what you describe varies based on the job. Some jobs require a confident person. As far as I am concerned, all jobs should require a truthful person as well. But, someone could answer a question incorrectly without it being a lie. They may just not know the correct answer.

Normally confidence doesn't come with dishing out the truth. If it does, that's just a plain lie.
