This seems to be a pretty cool idea.
It's a total waste of time, but it is entertaining.
It's like cable TV delivered/streamed over the internet.
The programing channels are all new.
There are a lot of typical TV type commercials.

I just wondered if any one else is beta testing Joost?
Right now it's by invitation only.

It seems about time this sort of technology got a push from big names (in this case the makers of Skype and Kazaa) I just hope that it also spurs further development in more open-sourced stuff as well

I've been in the beta for awhile now. Great idea, pretty well implemented... just needs some more, varied content.

my personal opinion though...its nothing great...atleast for now...it has potential btu like already mentioned, without content its bound to fail
