Microsoft Access 2003

I upgraded to Access 2003.
I cannot open any of the embedded charts in forms:

"OLE server not registered".
I have looked all over the net:

-re-registering triedit.dll has not resolved the problem
- i do not use Norton and removed antiviral software with no change
-registry repais have not worked!

I would be grateful for any advice

I'm portuguese, so I don't understand lots of terms in english, but embedded charts in forms are just tables, or something much complex and for pro users only? If U explain me in another terms that question of yours maybe I can help.
