Right i'm starting a new Xbox/360 clan and I'm really stck on what to call it, as I have no imagintion whatsoever I'd thought i'd leave this for you guys to decide.
For those who don't know about clans it has to be 3 words-ish and also have a prefix/tag which is the initials.. eg Elite Comand Army, ECA but i'm sure you guys can think better than that..

By the way we play a lot of games but the sort of games we usally play are games like Gears of War FPS games like Rainbow 6 and a bit of quake. So somthing modern-ish not RPG

The Headshot Lords, THL, is the best thing I can think of, especially considering that you mainly play FPSs. is it going to be a all around clan or is it for a specific game?

I used to run an abandoned one called TC, which stood for Tard Cart. It was such an awesome clan. After every match, win or lose, we'd yell "GO TARD CART!" as loud as we could into the mic, with the most retarded slurs we could pull off. If you continue this tradition, I'll love you forever.

Hmmmmm well there is plent of them, i personally think the clan is all in the tag, if you have a clean cool tag (and obviously a bit of skill) people will repect you.
Some of the ones in americas army i like are:

They are the onews i rekon look the best, i hate the clans that are obsessed with really long tags or tags with lots of @'s and $ etc, just looks lame imo.

I think it's better to chose the tag first, then the name, and write them in an interesting way. Quake provides name-colors; you can write with your national flag, or the logo of your logo (if you have one)
For exemple: ONR :

well Halo 3 comes out in the autumn in the UK.. apparently but what really cool is the Halo 3 multi player beta that going to be run in the spring!! and u can get onto that by Buying Crackdown on 360 or signing up for it

I've always been member of the Dutch Gaming Alliance, but it kinda died out. It had more than 100 active members and 2 dedicated drivers just by adds. We still hire a building for a LAN-party ones a year.

We also use [Bob] as a simple non-clan type name. It is great going into a TF2 or CSS server as the Bobs just play around for a bit than leave. Good times.

Previous clan name was "Nëon" Because Neon just looks awesome and isn't "Hey I'm going to destroy you" or "Hey we're very shit". It's neutral and awesome =] The idea came from The Strokes video clip "12:51"
