Does anyone know if Photoshop CS2 can run on Vista? I'm not sure. I was searching these forums and Google, but couldn't find anything on the subject. If I can't find anything I may have to try and install it and see.

Yes Photoshop cs2 will run on vista. I am using cs2 on rc2 right now without a problem.
WHAT IS VISTA? I HEARD IT ALWAYS. WHO KNOW IT PLEASE TELL FOR DETAIL THANK YOU VEFORE.. 
It's Microsoft's next/new OS.
CS2 will run on vista. Most XP apps should (disregard drivers tho)
