God-Given Hope

“If a misfortune befalls you, it is the fruit of your own labors. He forgives much.”

This verse of the Holy Quran tells us that whenever a man is afflicted by some misfortune, it is necessarily the result of one or more of his own actions. Complaining against others in this world is meaningless. When everybody must suffer the consequences of his own actions, making protests and complaints against others is only a waste of time. It will in no way solve the problem.
This is a system devised by nature itself. It has not left us to be dependent on the charity and compassion of others. If the problems faced by us had been caused by others, then we should have been dependent upon others for their solution. We should have had to wait for others’ kindness. But god has devised the system of world in such a way that he has made everyone’s concerns his own personal affair. That is, everyone can construct his life by dint of his own efforts. Everyone’s future is in his own hands.
Sometimes one has to incur a loss due to one’s own foolishness; but there will always be other chances to work in future in a planned way so that the mistake may be rectified. Sometimes by being hasty a man invites trouble, but then he always has the possibility of turning the situation to good account by adopting the ways of patience and fortitude. Sometimes people bring ruin upon themselves by being too emotional, but they too have the chance to reach their goal of success by remaining cool and rational in their approach on subsequent occasions.

The problem is, what about all these evil people that don't get theres? And all the good people who suffer for no reason? Why is is that Stalin (a man responsible for the deaths of 20 million people) died natural at the age of 74 when children suffer and die? There are bad people who don't suffer and good people who suffer a grate deal. If people suffering is caused by people actions than young children and good people should not suffer while bad people do. Unless you believe in reincarnation and thats not part of Islam.

As long as there are little children suffering from starvation, I will never agree. It is definitely not their fault, that they are on the edge of death. I would rather say, it is the natural consequence of the evil, existing within the human nature. A slight difference, but to me a mayor one.

And the true words of hope to me, are that neither hunger, hatred, illness, nor any other kind of misfortune can never truly destroy me as long as I remember of what is the most important. I know it's difficult like hell, and I have to be reminded of it every single day, but I've experienced this kind of life, and I feel like the happiest person on Earth. What should I need more?
