Badminton- opinion about new system

What do you aLL think about the new system that use in Super Series ?

I think it make the badminton tournament more entertaining from begining as you all can see in the Malaysia Open lately , Lin Dan Vs Taufik at the 1st round.

I like badminton, but I don't keep up with any of the tournaments.

I think a lot of people would benefit if you gave us the low-down on both the old and new systems so that those of us, like me, who know the sport but don't stay too in touch with it at a professional level can make judgments too.

whats the new system? i played badminton for 7 years, varsity all time through college, way fun!!!! but ****** im out of shape
