Maybe you would rather get one already made and I will edit most of it to match what you want. I may need access to your ftp if you want me to do some major edits. Try to find one and PM me and I will see what I can do and if we can work something out.

Lol, right now i dont even have phpbb installed. When I went to go download it fro phpbb site, I got bluescreened! Now my pc wont even startup, i'm using my laptop which dosnt have any of my site files or any ftp program. I have to back up my hardrive with a bootdisk, then reformat it 
You can download an FTP program easily. Try SmartFTP or something else. (Note: Don't use CrossFTP, it sucks) and if you have winzip or something, you can download phpbb with that.
When you get phpbb up, go to phpbbstyles.com and download extreme styles mod and put in the files. Then I can edit your templates from there.
