What suppliers do you recommend for ‘PAID’ hosting amd domain name supply?

I have some specific requirements which may knock a lot of the usual suspects out of the race. They are all important but the ones in red are 'must haves'...

Requirements:

I am a beginner so plenty of support would be good.

I would like to use the webspace to host a website and a public forum for my visitors - I envisage using a phpBB or a Simple Machines Forum (SMF)

Domain supply too, reduced price or free supply of a top level domain (.com) would be good.

I would like to register my domain without my personal details displayed on WhoIs?

The ability to keep a track on the amount of web space and bandwidth I have used and more importantly the amount I have left at any given moment

I must be able to pay for the services yearly via Paypal

I will be looking around hard for the next few days so any suggestions as welcome as ever in case I miss a good one.

dont get both services with the same company(domain/hosting).

Think about your needs MySQL, PHP, python, website traffic. Bandwith.

Whtas your budget? want cheap hosting, get cheap service.

Think about support, is a important issue. Server specs, reselling.
